Everything we offer at Tournesol Farm is grown, raised, or made with intention. From pasture-raised eggs and heritage poultry to handcrafted baked goods, seasonal preserves, and garden-ready plants, each product reflects the care and values behind our farm.
We use clean, non-GMO inputs, practice regenerative methods, and work toward zero-waste systems across the farm. Our products are available seasonally at our farmstand, through subscriptions, and at select local locations. When you choose Tournesol, you are not just buying food. You are supporting a family farm committed to doing things thoughtfully, from the soil up.
Baked Goods
Our baked goods are made from scratch using simple, quality ingredients and recipes rooted in tradition. From classic breads and pastries to seasonal treats, everything is prepared with care in small batches, drawing on Elizabeth’s professional culinary training and her love of honest, homemade food.
Whenever possible, we use eggs from our own flock, herbs from the garden, and ingredients sourced locally or grown on the farm. Our baked goods are available seasonally at the farmstand and through select Tournesol Farm offerings.
Preserves
Our preserves capture the flavors of each season in every jar. Made in small batches using time-honored methods, we transform fresh fruits, herbs, and garden produce into jams, jellies, pickles, and fermented goods that bring the taste of the farm to your table all year long.
Each recipe reflects our commitment to using what the land provides. From berry jams sweetened simply to herb-infused vinegars, our preserves are available seasonally at the farmstand and through select offerings.
Eggs
Our hens and ducks are raised on pasture, free to forage and enjoy the outdoors every day. The result is eggs with rich, golden yolks and a flavor you can taste. We offer both chicken and duck eggs in a beautiful range of natural colors, from deep chocolate brown to pale blue and creamy white.
Eggs are available by the dozen at the farmstand or through our Egg Subscription program. Whether you are baking, cooking, or simply enjoying them scrambled on a weekend morning, our farm-fresh eggs make all the difference.
Live Poultry
We raise heritage-breed chickens and ducks with care, and periodically offer live poultry for sale to other families and farms. Whether you are starting your own backyard flock or adding to an existing one, our birds are healthy, well-socialized, and raised on pasture from day one.

Bunny Fertilizer
Rabbit manure is one of nature’s best garden fertilizers. Unlike other animal manures, it can be used directly in the garden without composting first. Rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, it is gentle enough for even the most delicate plants and helps build healthy, living soil over time.
Our bunny fertilizer comes from our own rabbits, raised right here on the farm. Available in bags at the farmstand, it is a simple and natural way to give your garden a boost. Perfect for flower beds, vegetable gardens, and container plants.
Egg Shell Dust
Nothing goes to waste at Tournesol Farm. We collect, clean, and grind our egg shells into a fine dust that makes a wonderful natural calcium supplement for gardens and poultry flocks alike. Egg shell dust helps strengthen soil, balance pH, and provide essential minerals that support healthy plant growth.
It can also be added to your chickens’ feed as a natural calcium source to support strong, healthy egg shells. Available in small bags at the farmstand. A little goes a long way, and it is one of the simplest ways to close the loop in your own backyard.
